Site Manager – Brighton MET College Fitout / Refurbishment

Start Date: Monday 29th June 2026 
Contract Length: Circa 12-weeks 
Location: Brighton

The Shore Group are working with a Sussex-based fit-out contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fitout and refurbishment project at Brighton MET College. The programme on site is expected to be 10-weeks, though the Client would like to get this indiviudal in 2-weeks prior (Monday 29th June). 

This individual will act as the No.1 on site for this fast-paced £1.5 million project, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Note: Strong M&E knowledge is highly desirable.

Project Scope

The project consists of a refurbishment of the 1st floor and a new fitout of the ground floor entrance area, including:

• New vinyl flooring
• New ceilings
• New lighting installation
• New wall finishes/decorations
• Integration of CCTV within allocated locker spaces
• New FF&E
• Installation of new catering equipment
• Demolition works
• Glazing
• M&E works including new power, lighting, CCTV, and access control systems
