You would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the buildings and grounds as well as all facilities. Some of the key responsibilities include: Reporting all hazards Maintaining and testing all systems  Respond promptly to maintenance requests and any issues on site Ensuring all inspections, certifications, and records are up to date Contribute to business continuity planning Maintain accurate logs, permits, testing records, risk assessments, and site manuals. In order to be considered for this role you must: Have experience in premises management, caretaking, or facilities operations.
