Site ManagerTayside Freelance We re working with an established construction contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects across Tayside, who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support their continued workload.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering a varied portfolio of construction projects, with the flexibility to take ownership of your own site or work as part of a larger project team.The RoleDepending on the project, you ll be responsible for managing your own site or overseeing a section of a larger development, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:- Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring programmes and milestones are achieved.- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.- Maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and environmental compliance.- Monitoring progress against programme and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.- Working closely with the wider project team, including project management and engineering.- Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.About YouWe re keen to speak with Site Managers who have:- Proven experience managing construction sites for a construction or housing company.- A strong understanding of site operations, programme management and subcontractor coordination.- The ability to ..... full job details .....
