Position: Site ManagerLocation: Swindon, WiltshireContract Length: 4 WeeksStart Date: 19 October 2026Rate: 260 per dayProject Type: Live, Occupied Office Environment The Role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a four-week project in Swindon, starting on 19 October 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring finishing works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard within a live, occupied office environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in line with the programme.Oversee finishing works, maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.Ensure all activities are carried out safely, with minimal disruption to the building''s occupants.Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional site management.Coordinate site activities and manage access, sequencing and working arrangements within an occupied office.Monitor progress against the programme and address any issues that could affect completion.Ensure health and safety procedures, site documentation and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.Essential RequirementsValid SMSTS qualification.Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification.Proven experience managing commercial fit-out, refurbishment or finishing works.Experience working within live, occupied office ..... full job details .....
