Site Manager

to join a high-end residential fit-out project. This is a 6–8 week project, but for the right person there’s a strong chance of being kept on longer-term or moving into a permanent position.

Scope of Works

High-end residential fit-out project

Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site

Overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring programme and quality standards are met

Monitoring Health and Safety compliance and site documentation

Supporting smooth delivery through to completion

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within Super Prime/high-end residential projects

Strong track record of managing subcontractors and multiple trades

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Ability to uphold high standards of quality and detail

Available to start at short notice
