Site Manager - Student Accommodation

I’m working with a well-established regional contractor who’ve asked us to source 2, Site Manager’s to work on student accommodation schemes in Manchester. These are fast track, internal refurbishment schemes that are due to commence on the 13th July.

You’ll be working with along side capable, direct managers but the programmes are tight and the output over these 16-week contracts is immense.

You’ll need to be available to work weekends as and when required.

Site Manager – Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for confident Site Managers boasting fit-out experience. These schemes are primarily internal refurbishment with little structural change.
• You’ll need to hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid to be considered
• Day rates up to £300.00 per day will be on offer for the successful individuals
