Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site. Overseeing civil engineering works and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme. Supervising various trades, including electrical installation subcontractors. Reviewing and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures. Monitoring quality standards and site progress. Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders as required. Maintaining site records and reporting on project activities. Requirements: Proven experience in Site Management or Site Supervision roles. Previous experience managing multiple subcontractors on live construction sites. Strong understanding of RAMS, health & safety, and site compliance requirements. Experience coordinating electrical installation works and other specialist trades. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
