Site Manager (Stansted Airport)

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis at Stansted Airport. This is a strategically important position that will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our long-standing relationship with the airport. We are looking for someone who can successfully deliver projects on site while becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact for the client. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction and building services projects and be comfortable operating independently. Whether your background is electrical, mechanical, or general construction, we are interested in hearing from individuals who can combine technical knowledge with excellent client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of construction and MandE projects across Stansted Airport. Act as the primary on-site representative for the company. Build and maintain strong working relationships with airport stakeholders and clients. Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Identify opportunities for additional works and help develop new business opportunities within the airport environment. Prepare estimates, quotations, and pricing for small works and minor projects. Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
