Site Manager - SR163 Authorised (Civils / National Grid)Location: Site-Based (UK-Wide Travel) Office Base: Gloucester / South WalesEmployment Type: PermanentPackage: 70,000 (NEG DOE) + Car/Allowance + Travel Expenses + BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager holding SR163 Authorisation to oversee site operations for major civil engineering and power infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, health and safety compliance, and direct management of sub-contractors and site teams on National Grid and NGED infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and progress targets are met.Act as the designated SR163 ticket holder on site, ensuring strict compliance with National Grid / NGED safety protocols.Coordinate civils packages, groundworks, foundations, and cable route installations.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS).Interface with client representatives, sub-contractors, and internal project managers.RequirementsSR163 Authorisation (National Grid / NGED) - Essential.Strong background in Civil Engineering within the power/utilities sector.Proven track record on National Grid and/or NGED substation or overhead line projects.SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid.Full UK driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide (site-based).Apply Now: Send your CV Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to ..... full job details .....
