This role would particularly suit an Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career , or a Site Manager who enjoys being close to the delivery. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day site operations while also being prepared to adopt a hands-on approach where required to help drive programme, quality and productivity on site. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour.
