Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a car park construction project at a major Innovation Centre in the Taunton/Bridgwater area.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, managing subcontractors, labour, plant and materials while ensuring the works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Drive the programme and monitor progress.
• Oversee civils, groundworks and external works.
• Ensure RAMS, quality and health & safety requirements are maintained.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and client.
• Maintain site records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience.
• Civils, groundworks or external works experience.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid.
