Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in housing / contracting?

We are working with a well-established client, looking to bolster their operational team and recruit an experienced Site Manager. The project will consist of high-quality, traditional homes in a desirable North Cornwall location.

The Role:

• Day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build programme stays on track
• Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams
• Always ensuring health & safety compliance
• Maintaining build quality and achieving customer satisfaction
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager and liaising with technical and commercial teams

About You:

• Proven experience managing housing developments
• Background working with housing / contracting
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified as a minimum
