This is a freelance opportunity running through to the start of December. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades. Manage site health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Monitor progress against the programme and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate works associated with the conversion of an existing factory into a laboratory. Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed to the required specifications. Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors to resolve any issues.
