This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a Modular scheme where the below aspects are currently underway:- Groundwork''s (drainage / ducting / water / electric etc)- Modular Units- Car Park (associated landscaping)- Therefore, the ideal individual will have good experience in Groundwork''s / Civils and Fit Out.- Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries.
