      <description>Location: Plymouth | Salary: &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | Construction Site Manager - Solar    -45,000 Per Annum + Overtime + Bonus + Van + Fuel Card    Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm    About the Role:   We are looking for an experienced and proactive Solar Installation Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality installation of solar PV projects across the UK.  The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, to specification and in accordance with all relevant Health &amp; Safety requirements.   Key Responsibilities     Manage the day-to-day installation of solar PV projects from mobilisation through to completion.   Coordinate and supervise installation teams, electricians, engineers and subcontractors.   Plan labour, equipment, materials and site activities to ensure installations progress efficiently.   Ensure solar PV systems are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements and industry standards.
