The Site Manager (Solar) position comes with a day rate from -500.00 to -550.00 per day outside of IR35. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role: Coordinate logistics with Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Conduct pre-construction site assessments and manage site setup, including temporary facilities, temporary access roads, and laydown areas. Lead and manage on-site subcontractor teams ensuring efficient workflows for timely completion. Supervise all construction activities, including but not limited to: delivery logistics and materials distribution, groundworks, civil works, structure installation, module mounting, electrical and earthing works, commissioning, site reinstatement Collaborate with Principal Designer during the development of the Risk Register during pre-construction, and ensure a smooth handover when construction starts.
