This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of refurbishment projects across occupied homes, delivering improvements that have a direct impact on residents and communities. Typical works include kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, internal refurbishments, and planned improvement works. The Role As Site Manager, you''ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients and residents, you''ll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout.
