Site Manager - Planned Maintenance 50-60kNorth West LondonFull-Time, permanent positionWe are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to deliver a Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment program across North West London.This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience of driving successful delivery through effective management whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.Site Manager Duties:Controlling the overall direction and whilst maintaining financial control of the contractWork in partnership with the client and client representatives, to ensure that a high quality service delivery is actually providedCost control and subcontractor managementImplementing the short, mid and long term programmes for the various work streamsCarry out onsite inspections, undertake investigations, enquiries, prepare reports and offer solutions maintaining continuous improvementHand over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicatorsLiaison with the client and contract administratorsHealth and safety on the siteManagement and control of the site administration and staffScheduling and procurement of materialsChair sub-contractor progress meetingsLiaising with Design Teams, Client ..... full job details .....
