Site Manager - Social Housing

A well-established construction and refurbishment contractor specialising in social housing, kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, and planned maintenance is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple projects across Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering high-volume programmes at scale, with clear progression and strong support from senior leadership. What you''ll be doing as Site Manager: Reporting to the Operations Manager/Director, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme. You''ll manage trades, subcontractors and junior site staff while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and residents.
