Working alongside the Project Manager and wider site team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of internal works within large occupied apartment blocks, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard while residents remain in occupation. This is a long-term opportunity to join a secured programme with circa two years of work ahead, offering stability and the chance to play a key role on a significant live refurbishment scheme.
