This is a permanent role working on an existing, long running contract that has already been operating successfully for several years. The trades are already in place, the programme is established, and there will be support from the existing management team. The role would suit someone who has experience managing fast paced social housing works, refurbishment works, voids, planned maintenance, kitchens, bathrooms or similar property upgrade programmes.
