The building is now in the commissioning and handover phase , with the main construction works complete. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the site during this final stage, ensuring the building remains secure, subcontractors are coordinated effectively and any outstanding commissioning or close-out activities are progressed smoothly. Key Responsibilities Acting as the main point of contact on site throughout the week. Opening and securing the site each day, including responsibility for site keys and access.
