You will take ownership of the facade package, overseeing the day-to-day delivery, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. The Role Manage and oversee the facade remediation package from site. Work closely with the Project Manager as the No.2 on the project. Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities. Monitor programme, quality and HandS compliance. Attend site meetings and coordinate with the wider project team. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
