Site Manager (Bricklaying Background) - Pinner, Middlesex

£60,000 - £70,000 + Package

A respected regional house builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong bricklaying background to join their team on an exciting development in Pinner.

Working under an experienced Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 29-unit residential scheme, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

• Oversee the construction of 29 new homes from superstructure through to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site labour.
• Maintain exceptional health & safety standards.
• Drive build quality and ensure NHBC compliance throughout the project.
• Coordinate site logistics and short-term programming.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks at key stages.
• Manage customer care considerations and ensure a smooth handover process.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to achieve programme milestones.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering residential developments for a house builder.
• Strong trade background in bricklaying with an excellent understanding of traditional build methods.
• Proven track record of driving quality and programme performance.
• NHBC standards knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
• Ambitious, hands-on and capable of leading from the front.
