The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site during night shifts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the site during night shifts. Manage subcontractors and site operatives, coordinating multiple trades. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the programme and project requirements. Maintain high standards of health and safety and ensure site rules are followed.
