Site Manager Residential New Build Location: Witham, Essex Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package An established and highly successful volume house builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a new 90-unit residential development in Witham, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and quality-focused Site Manager to join a respected developer with a strong pipeline of projects across the region. The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour Driving build programmes and achieving key project milestones Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures Maintaining high standards of build quality and customer satisfaction Managing site logistics, materials, and resources effectively Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks Liaising with internal departments including Technical, Commercial, and Customer Care teams Producing site reports and attending progress meetings Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the volume housebuilding sector Track record of ..... full job details .....
