Site Manager Façade Cladding EWI Refurbishment Full-time Permanent London andSouth-East Projects across London Up to £55,000 per annum + package The Role An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering façade, cladding, EWI, recladding, refurbishment and remediation projects across London. The role will initially be based on a project in London, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to specification and to the required quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, commercial team and subcontractors, you will coordinate site activities, manage labour and trades, monitor progress and maintain strong health, safety and quality standards throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day delivery of façade, cladding, EWI, recladding and refurbishment works Coordinating subcontractors, trades, labour and site activities Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to specification Monitoring progress against the construction programme and reporting to the Project Manager Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and regular site inspections Maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and environmental compliance Ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and relevant building regulations Managing quality inspections, snagging and remedial works Identifying and resolving ..... full job details .....
