The site is currently at varying stages of completion, so we need a strong, hands-on Site Manager who can take ownership of the build programme, drive standards and deliver a high-quality finished development. This is a key site-based role and would suit an experienced Number 1 Site Manager who has successfully run a large PLC housebuilding scheme from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Number 1 Site Manager on large-scale PLC housebuilding developments. Strong traditional build experience. Experience managing sites through multiple stages of construction and completion. Ideally, previous experience working on PIJ schemes.
