The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating site investigation, survey and opening-up works to establish an identify defects and assist the wider project team in developing the proposed remediation strategy and construction methodology. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in external envelope, refurbishment or building investigation to play a key role during the pre-construction phase of a complex project.
