Working under an experienced Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 29-unit residential scheme, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Role Oversee the construction of 29 new homes from superstructure through to completion. Manage subcontractors, trades, and site labour. Maintain exceptional health and safety standards.
