Site Manager - Sittingbourne

Duration: 9 months We are seeking a Site Manager to work for a medium sized main contractor on a high-quality new build care home project in Sittingbourne, Kent. The project has already started with about 9 months left to run. Key Responsibilities: Working alongside the Project Manager helping to oversee works with a focus on internal finishing trades on site Ensure all works are completed to the highest quality standards and in line with project specifications Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities related to finishing stages Carry out snagging and de-snagging to ensure timely project completion Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain programme targets Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential or care home projects Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred First Aid certification Valid CSCS card Previous experience using snagging software Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Apply now by submitting your CV or contact us for more information. ..... full job details .....
