Site Manager (Mechanical, Chemical or Production Backgrounds)Location: PeterboroughSalary: 40,000 per annum + overtimeStart Date: June 2026Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm (39 hours per week)We are recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee on-site fluid management operations at a customer facility in Peterborough. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with experience within a mechanical, chemical, manufacturing or production environment.The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-4 people, manage day-to-day fluid management activities, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Managing all fluid management service activities on siteSupervising and allocating work to the on-site teamApplying and changing lubricants and fluids in line with planned maintenance schedulesCarrying out coolant and wash cleanoutsMonitoring fluid conditions and plant equipment performance using the company''s in-house reporting systemManaging fluid waste streams and ensuring safe disposal processes are followedLiaising with the customer and attending operational meetingsEnsuring all Health and Safety procedures, site practices and 5S standards are followedRequirements:Experience working within a mechanical, chemical, manufacturing or production environmentPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience would be beneficialHands-on approach with the ability to work independentlyFlexible and adaptable attitudeStrong ..... full job details .....
