Our client is a leading interior fit out contractor who specialise in projects in the retail sector. The company have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector for some leading retail clients such as Ikea, Marks & Spencer and Primark. Projects can be nationwide so you must be willing to travel and to lodge away (lodgings will be provided). They often work on nights so applicants must be willing to work on days and nights. The Role: This is a site-based role, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. Liaising professionally with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers at all levels to ensure projects are managed efficiently. Understanding and implementing of project programmes independently and/or alongside Contract Managers. Managing day to day sub-contract works to ensure these are undertaken safely, as per scope, programme and contract terms.
