Our client is seeking a Site Manager to lead teams delivering essential gas distribution and gas transmission projects in the oil and gas sector. Based in Kent, this permanent role involves managing fast-paced site activity, maintaining high safety standards, controlling costs and supporting efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead site teams delivering gas network and infrastructure projectsEnsure all work complies with health and safety, environmental and NRSWA requirementsMonitor progress, identify potential issues and escalate concerns promptlyManage site schedules to minimise disruption and prevent delaysPromote quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across site operationsProvide effective training, mentoring and leadership to support team developmentMaintain awareness of commercial priorities and help control project costsJob Requirements:Experience managing sites within gas, utilities, construction or infrastructure environmentsMust has Gas qualifications (EG SHEA)Strong knowledge of gas industry standards, site management and health and safety best practiceDemonstrable ability to lead teams and manage commercial prioritiesNRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS or SMSTS qualificationsCivil engineering and first aid qualifications would be advantageousFull, valid driving licenceStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Permanent employment with opportunities for professional developmentPension, healthcare and generous holiday ..... full job details .....
