Site Manager Main Contractor Wakefield Full time, Permanent 45,000 - 55,000 per year We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of planned works across social housing projects. You will lead all site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to budget. Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of site execution from mobilisation through to completionUphold and promote exemplary health and safety standardsLead the planning, coordination and sequencing of worksOversee all subcontractors and labour, ensuring consistent quality and productivityCarry out risk assessments and enforce safety controls on siteWork closely with procurement teams to support efficient material orderingMaintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients and residentsManage and develop site-based staff and promote a positive team cultureSupport delivery of any agreed social value commitmentsSkills and Experience RequiredStrong technical knowledge of construction and refurbishment practicesExcellent organisational and project-programming capabilitiesConfidence in problem solving and decision makingClear communication skills, both written and verbalCommercial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and variationsAbility to influence, lead and engage with teamsSMSTSFirst Aid at WorkValid CSCS cardSalary and BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePension schemeLife assurancePrivate healthcare options ..... full job details .....
