Site Manager Civil Engineering £300M Major Infrastructure Project Trafford Park, ManchesterPermanent £55,000 £65,000 + Package (DOE) About the Project We are recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship £300 million infrastructure scheme located near Trafford Park, Manchester.Spanning 3 years, this project involves major groundworks, utilities diversions, reinforced concrete structures, and large-scale public infrastructure upgrades. As Site Manager, you ll be at the forefront of a high-performing team delivering one of the most significant civil engineering projects in the North West. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery Oversee groundworks, drainage, utility packages, and RC frame construction Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and plant activities Enforce health and safety standards (RAMS, HSE, CDM compliance) Maintain site diaries, quality control documentation, and progress reports Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and commercial teams Attend site meetings and support project planning and delivery objectives What We re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale civils or infrastructure projects Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and concrete structures Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Gold/Black), and First Aid qualifications Track record of managing teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Excellent ..... full job details .....
