This is a hands-on role that combines estate management, basic maintenance, health and safety responsibilities, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards throughout the development while building positive relationships with residents, contractors and visitors. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of buildings, communal areas and external grounds. Ensure the estate remains clean, safe, secure and well-maintained at all times.
