Site Manager Tamworth Negotiable Ongoing contractSellick Partnership is currently seeking a site manager in Staffordshire on an ongoing contract basis.Responsibilities of the Site ManagerOversee site operations, security, and compliance with safeguarding requirements.Manage multi-skilled caretakers or trade operatives and subcontractors.Deliver reactive and planned maintenance services, including statutory checks (e.g., Legionnaires, door condition, lighting).Ensure all activities comply with HandS legislation and procedures.Maintain site records (PPMs, work orders, logbooks, induction records).Communicate regularly with school representatives or clients to support curriculum delivery or project progress.Issue progress reports, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.The successful Site Manager will have Experience in delivering successful contracts on-site and managing contractorsSMTSS Qualification OR equivalentExcellent knowledge of health and safetyIf you are interested in the role, please apply directly or contact Josh at the Derby Office.Please note this vacancy closes on the 24th of October.Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
