We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of residential developments from construction through to completion.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in quality, enjoys leading a team, and is looking to build a long-term career with a forward-thinking house builder.The Role:As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest possible standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site.Planning and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site resources.Ensuring construction programmes and key milestones are achieved.Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality throughout the development.Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.Managing site inductions, inspections and relevant site documentation.Monitoring progress and identifying potential issues before they affect programme or quality.Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, ..... full job details .....
