Site Manager

Site Manager required for a 6th July Start in Bristol - approx. 6 months work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a sheltered accommodation building (internals & externals.)
You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors, H&S and compliance.

This will be a live site; applicants will need an Enhanced DBS and residential refurb experience.
You will also need the following tickets:

-SMSTS
-CSCS (Black/White/Gold)
-First Aid
-Asbestos Awareness
-ENHANCED DBS

Day rate payable via CIS
