      <description>Location: Brighton | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | SITE MANAGER (REFURB PROJECT)   BRIGHTON, BN2    START DATE: MONDAY 8TH JUNE   DAY RATE: -250 - -270 PER DAY   DURATION: 9 WEEKS   This job for a freelance Site Manager joins an established project team on an internal refurbishment scheme in Brighton, BN2 to start Monday 8th June for a project duration of 9 weeks initially. The key responsibility in this role of the Site Manager will be to oversee the site team, progression of project, health and safety and customer care from start to completion.    Key skills and experience required:    A strong a proven background on internal fit out / refurbishment projects  Maintaining high levels of health, safety and environmental standards  Strong communication and liaison skills  CSCS, SMSTS &amp; First Aid at Work.
