Site Manager

We are working with a leading and forward-thinking specialist contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing day-to-day site operations across power and utilities projects
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
* Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to senior management
* Maintaining high standards of quality control and site documentation
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience in a Site Manager position within construction, civils, or utilities
* Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site management processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
