Site Manager - School Refurb - Kent

I am currently in need of a Site Manager for a school refurbishment project in Medway, Kent. The project is a -200k toilet block refurbishment works within an existing college with new M&E, Flooring, Partitions and Re Modelling works.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. DBS would be beneficial as well.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidates ASAP.
