RC Frame Manager Major Residential Development We are recruiting for an experienced RC Frame Manager to join a leading UK residential developer delivering large-scale, high-rise residential projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong construction professional with extensive reinforced concrete frame experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of RC frame packages on a major development. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with proven experience managing RC frame subcontractors, temporary works, site logistics and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of RC frame works, ensuring programme, quality and safety requirements are met. Manage and coordinate RC frame subcontractors, labour, plant and site activities. Monitor progress against the construction programme, identifying and resolving potential delays. Oversee concrete pours, reinforcement, formwork, structural elements and associated temporary works. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Coordinate temporary works, including permits to load, strike and other relevant site procedures. Liaise with engineering, design and site management teams to resolve technical queries, RFIs and NCRs. Conduct regular site inspections, QA checks and subcontractor progress meetings.
