Site Manager

Rullion are looking to recruit for the following position for one of our global leading clients:

• Site Manager
• End August 2026 Start
• Duration : 6 Months + on this project then 12 months onto another project
• Location : London , then onto Chester.
• -(Apply online only) Per Day
• Outside IR35
• 8 Hours per day
• 5 Year Work History required.

Site Manager Job Description

Suitably qualified and experienced site manager with the following areas of expertise:

• Health & Safety management
• CDM principal contractor duties
• Daily coordination of site activity
• Subcontractor management
• Review and sign-off of documentation
• Site team coordination
• Client communications
• Work inspections / Quality Assurance

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years site management experience
• SMSTS qualification
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at work Certification
• CDM Experience
• Experience of managing building services projects, particularly HVAC, Heat Pumps and electrical works.
• Excellent communication skills

PPE provided by client , H&S On site and first day induction. Hazards associated with site such as trips slips and falls
