Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of 132kV substation projects. You will be responsible for the safe, compliant and on-programme construction. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and interfaces with the client, designers and network operators. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site activities on 132kV substation delivery projects, from enabling works through to energisation Lead and enforce health, safety and environmental standards, ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015 and client safety rules Plan, coordinate and monitor site works against programme, budget and quality requirements Manage and supervise subcontractors and specialist suppliers, including civils, electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams Oversee permit-to-work, access and isolation arrangements in line with network operator requirements Review and approve RAMS, method statements and lift plans Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks, and close out defects Report progress, risks and issues to the Project Manager and client Sup...
