Role Summary The successful candidate will oversee the installation of cable routes and associated civil, mechanical and electrical works, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. This is not a DNO role; however, previous experience delivering utility, power, substation or energy infrastructure projects is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across cable route and substation-related works. Coordinate and supervise civil, mechanical and electrical subcontractors. Oversee cable installation activities, ducting, excavation, reinstatement and associated infrastructure works. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, quality and safety requirements. Review and implement RAMS, permits and site documentation. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings. Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors. Monitor progress and provide regular project updates.
