Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Worcester. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background. Site Manager Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations. Supervising site teams and subcontractors. Overseeing the delivery of water treatment and civil engineering works. Liaising with the client and project management team. Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance. Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation. Coordinating labour, plant and materials. Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Site Manager Requirements: Black or Gold CSCS. SMSTS. Previous experience working on water treatment schemes. Strong civil engineering background. Experience managing site teams and subcontractors. Good understanding of health and safety, RAMS and quality procedures. IT literate. Full UK driving licence.
