Site Manager Responsibilities Manage day-to-day earthworks and civils activities. Lead site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors. Coordinate labour, plant, and materials. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and the Project Manager. Site Manager Requirements Previous Site Manager experience on earthworks/civils projects. Gold CSCS card. SMSTS. First Aid qualification. Strong earthworks and civils background.
