      <description>Location: Rugby | Salary: &amp;pound;300 - &amp;pound;350/day | Type: Contract | My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a general civils project in Rugby. The works will include drainage, ducting, 278 works and associated civil engineering activities.   Site Manager Responsibilities:     Managing day-to-day site operations   Supervising subcontractors and site teams   Overseeing drainage, ducting and 278 works   Toolbox talks   Client and stakeholder liaison   Health and safety compliance   Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation   Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification   Monitoring quality and maintaining site records   Reporting progress to the Project Manager    Site Manager Requirements:     Black or Gold CSCS   SMSTS   Previous experience managing general civils projects   Strong experience with drainage, ducting and 278 works   Strong civil engineering background   Experience managing subcontractors and site teams   Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements   Full UK driving licence    The next steps to apply for the role!
